Have you ever been in a place where you've been rejected? Facing rejection is so tough because it attempts to undermine our true identity & cause us to believe lies about ourselves.
Most of the time, the rejection doesn’t even have anything to do with you. It usually has more to do with the other person, and yet, we begin to take on the "identity" of whatever that rejection communicates to us. You are so much more than what your rejection shouts at you!
Today I’m getting super personal with a recent story about how rejection made me feel "unlovable" even though it had literally nothing to do with me and every thing to do with the other person. Here's how I fought back (hint: reminded myself of my true identity) and you can too.
Here are some truths that I know about you: you are loved, you are accepted, you have a unique purpose, you are beautiful, you have infinite intelligence, you are capable of so much more than you think you are.
